Sales Policy

1.  Bunnies will be properly and fully weaned before going to their new homes - no sooner.

2.  If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

3.  Prices are firm - kindly respect the great effort and finances we put into ensuring our bunnies are mentally and physically healthy.

4.  No warranty on bunny once they leave our care - we do not know their new home environment or the people who live in the new household. They are sold healthy - you can check the bunny before taking it home. Any veterinarian fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5.  Gender of your bunny is not guaranteed - usually genders correct but a mistake can happen with younger kits; you can check the rabbit before taking it home.

6.  Pedigrees are available at an extra cost and will not be provided until after final payment.  Our rabbitry prefix “Ash’s" must remain on the rabbit's pedigree if you purchase one.

7.  $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a rabbit not ready to leave the rabbitry. You must pick up the bunny when they are ready for their new home unless other arrangements have been made.

8.  Full payment is required to hold a bunny that is ready to leave the rabbitry. You must pick up the bunny within a week of payment unless other arrangements have been made.

9.  If a bunny is not picked up by the agreed time frame, the rabbit will be placed back up for sale with no refund of deposit or final payment.

10.  Deposits are accepted on a "first come, first serve" basis.

11.  Deposits can be paid in cash or e-Transfer.

12.  Deposits are non-refundable unless WE cancel the sale. We understand that unexpected things happen but we lose sales when we advise others there are no bunnies available.

13.  We reserve the right to cancel the sale for any reason.  The safety and well being of our bunnies is of utmost importance to us.  

14.  Final payment is due prior to or at pick-up (with the exception of online payment, which must be completed prior to pick-up) otherwise the sale is void and deposit will be lost.

15.  Final payment must be paid in cash at pick-up or  e-transfer prior to pick-up.

16.  All sales are final.  However, Ash's Acres will always accept a bunny back in the event that you are no longer able to keep it.  No refund will be given, but we will find your bunny a new home free of charge.
